We were initially introduced to the Recycle for London programme back in 2010 where we were asked to provide project management support to deliver communications advice to London Boroughs. This support realized cost savings of approximately £1.3 million for local authorities involved in the Recycle for London programme.
Following on from this, we have worked with WRAP and the London Waste and Recycling Board (LWARB) to deliver further communication support to London boroughs as part of the London Waste and Recycling Board’s (LWARBs) ‘Efficiencies Programme’ to improve recycling performance and change consumer behaviour. This involved the allocation and management of £1 million of communications funding to improve recycling performance and advising London boroughs on how best to maximise the impact of communications with consumer audiences.
We have also produced the latest Recycle for London brand and guidelines, based on the national Recycle Now campaign and continue to support LWARB and individual London boroughs for the production of artwork as required.
